Gradial AI Says Marketing Teams Are Drowning in Content Chaos

The whiteboarding and the creative time loses as a result.
Seattle-based startup Gradial AI, which uses AI agents to improve marketing operations, has raised $13 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Madrona, with participation from Pruven Capital, General Advance, Outsiders Fund, and DLA Piper. With this investment, Gradial plans to expand its team from 20 to 40 employees, accelerating product development and customer acquisition. Marketing teams today face an overwhelming challenge. While AI has accelerated content creation, the operational processes behind deploying, managing, and optimizing content remain inefficient and labor-intensive.
