ZoomInfo's verified sales intelligence data is now accessible inside Slackbot. The company announced on August 24 that it has updated ZoomInfo MCP on Salesforce's AgentExchange, connecting its GTM.AI context layer directly to Slack's built-in AI assistant.
This update is for enterprise sales teams to query company and contact data without leaving the conversation they are already in, according to the company.
A rep can type a question into Slackbot and receive an answer grounded in ZoomInfo's verified data graph of more than 100 million company profiles and 500 million professional contacts, alongside the organization's connected CRM and email history where those integrations are in place.
"Slack AI can now see ZoomInfo's data and access the GTM Context Graph," said Dennis Sevilla, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at ZoomInfo.
"A rep can ask Slackbot for the sales leaders at an account and get an answer grounded in the same verified data graph running inside Salesforce Agentforce." The integration carries over the access controls, permissioning, and audit logging from a customer's existing ZoomInfo and Slack setup .
No new governance infrastructure is required on the customer's side to deploy the integration, according to the company.
AgentExchange combines AppExchange, Slack, and Agentforce into a single discovery surface, currently listing nearly 14,000 apps, agents, tools, and integrations, and serves as the primary marketplace through which Salesforce customers discover and activate agentic solutions.
Being listed there puts ZoomInfo's data in front of the same install base now discovering AI agents and tools across the Salesforce ecosystem, rather than requiring separate discovery through ZoomInfo's own channels.
