How does AIM subscription service work?
AIM Media House offers different types of subscription: A monthly, and an annual plan. Subscribers have access to unlimited articles on AIM Media House web site.
If you are already a subscriber, you can access articles, and other benefits by signing in.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes, AIM subscription renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method. You will receive a reminder mail before the renewal date, and you can turn off auto-renew anytime from your Account Page.
Just purchased, but I still can’t get full site access. What’s happening?
After purchasing a subscription, you will receive an email titled “Please complete your online registration with AIM Media House” and use your email id and password to login. Lost your credentials? Use forgot password if you are not able to login.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or get in touch with us by filling the contact us form.
Please note that, we cannot refund a subscription fee, however your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged at the end of your current term. Until then, you’ll have unlimited access to AIM Media House and all your subscriber benefits.
Can I pause my subscription?
We do not currently offer a pause option. To stop being charged, you will need to cancel your subscription. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How can I change my subscription plan?
Visit your Account page to change or upgrade your plan, or contact our support team by filling the contact us form.
Is there any offer of student discounts?
We do not currently offer student discounts.
