The appointment follows her tenure as Senior Director, Enterprise Data & AI, where she built the intelligence infrastructure behind pricing, supply chain and clienteling decisions.

Dr. Sirisha Nukala announced on July 17, 2026, via LinkedIn that she has been named Head of Data & AI for LVMH North America. The luxury conglomerate operates multiple Maisons across fashion, leather goods, watches, jewelry and fragrance. Nukala said the role will focus on scaling data and artificial intelligence (AI) as a strategic asset across the group's North American operations.

“In this role, my focus will be on building the operating models, governance, and cross-functional partnerships that make trusted AI and data-driven decisions part of how we run the business every day,” Dr. Sirisha Nukala said.

Nukala most recently served as Senior Director, Enterprise Data & AI for Louis Vuitton Americas. In that capacity, she led global data, digital and AI transformation efforts for the Maison across the Americas region. She also holds a PhD focused on pricing strategies, forecasting and retail management.

Scaling Data and Artificial Intelligence

At Louis Vuitton Americas, Nukala said her work focuses on building operating models, governance frameworks and cross-functional partnerships to support trusted, data-driven decision-making. She said this included wiring AI capabilities into merchandising, pricing, supply chain, logistics and clienteling functions.

LVMH has been integrating AI across its 75 Maisons through a centralized data platform built with Google Cloud. The group's generative AI agent, MaIA, handles more than 2 million requests monthly from 40,000 employees, supporting supply chain, pricing, and client personalization functions. 

In North America, this infrastructure underpins enterprise data and AI initiatives at individual Maisons, including Louis Vuitton Americas, which has built its own data and AI transformation capabilities within the group's broader framework.
