Personetics, the cognitive banking platform, announced that its AI-driven platform is now embedded within Experience Digital (XD) from Fiserv, on June 29, 2026. The integration gives banks and credit unions new ways to deliver personalized digital experiences to customers and members, the company said.
The company said that by embedding AI directly into the digital banking experience, financial institutions can act on data in real time, including delivering timely prompts, contextual guidance, and relevant offers within XD.
For consumers, the integration is intended to support cash flow management, savings, and financial decision-making, according to the company.
