Personetics, the cognitive banking platform, announced that its AI-driven platform is now embedded within Experience Digital (XD) from Fiserv, on June 29, 2026. The integration gives banks and credit unions new ways to deliver personalized digital experiences to customers and members, the company said.

The company said that by embedding AI directly into the digital banking experience, financial institutions can act on data in real time, including delivering timely prompts, contextual guidance, and relevant offers within XD. For consumers, the integration is intended to support cash flow management, savings, and financial decision-making, according to the company.

AI Managing the Money 

According to the company, consumers can receive timely recommendations to manage cash flow, increase savings, and make more informed financial decisions. 

Small business customers gain AI-driven insights designed to improve working capital management, anticipate future financial needs, and respond more quickly to changing business conditions. 

The company also said financial institutions can use the platform to connect customer engagement with business outcomes such as deposit growth, customer retention, and greater wallet share.

Vishal Dalal, Chief Product Officer at Fiserv, said that consumers and small businesses increasingly expect digital banking experiences that are intuitive and responsive. Dalal said the collaboration allows clients to use the data they already have to deliver timely guidance and personalized engagement that creates meaningful value for the consumers and businesses they serve.

Personetics said the integration is available through Experience Digital from Fiserv, enabling participating banks and credit unions to deploy AI-powered personalization without building separate customer engagement platforms.

The integrated offering is designed to help financial institutions strengthen customer relationships, effectively expanding their digital banking capabilities through embedded AI rather than through fragmented, unbundled platforms 

The announcement builds on Fiserv's broader AI strategy. In May, Fiserv introduced agentOS, an artificial intelligence platform designed to help financial institutions deploy and manage AI agents across banking operations.

The integration adds AI-powered personalization capabilities to Fiserv's Experience Digital platform.
