Netradyne acquired European fleet intelligence company Moove Connected Mobility as the AI-powered fleet safety company expands its operations across Europe. The companies announced the deal on May 5. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to the official announcement, Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as a regional operating hub for sales, partnerships, customer engagement, and market development across the continent.

Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-founder of Netradyne San Diego-based Netradyne develops AI-powered fleet safety and driver monitoring systems used by commercial fleet operators.

Its platform combines computer vision, telematics, and driver analytics to monitor driving behavior, identify safety events, and generate operational insights. The company says its systems have analyzed more than 150 billion minutes of driving data and over 30 billion miles globally.

Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-founder of Netradyne, said Europe had become a core strategic market for the company. “This acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long-term presence, leadership, and trust in the region,” Agrawal said in the company’s announcement.

“By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region.” The announcement follows a broader expansion push from Netradyne.

In early 2025, the company raised $90 million in a Series D funding round led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital. Netradyne said the funding would support international growth and product expansion.

The company has also been expanding its presence in enterprise computer vision and AI infrastructure markets as adoption of AI-powered operational systems increases across logistics and transportation environments.
