Netradyne Acquires Moove to Expand AI Fleet Operations Across Europe

Netradyne acquired Moove Connected Mobility to expand its AI-powered fleet safety and telematics business across major European markets.

Netradyne acquired European fleet intelligence company Moove Connected Mobility as the AI-powered fleet safety company expands its operations across Europe.

The companies announced the deal on May 5. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to the official announcement, Moove will become part of Netradyne Europe and serve as a regional operating hub for sales, partnerships, customer engagement, and market development across the continent.

Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-founder of NetradyneSan Diego-based Netradyne develops AI-powered fleet safety and driver monitoring systems used by commercial fleet operators. Its platform combines computer vision, telematics, and driver analytics to monitor driving behavior, identify safety events, and generate operational insights. The company says its systems have analyzed more than 150 billion minutes of driving data and over 30 billion miles globally.

Avneesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-founder of Netradyne, said Europe had become a core strategic market for the company.

“This acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long-term presence, leadership, and trust in the region,” Agrawal said in the company’s announcement. “By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region.”

The announcement follows a broader expansion push from Netradyne. In early 2025, the company raised $90 million in a Series D funding round led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital. Netradyne said the funding would support international growth and product expansion.

The company has also been expanding its presence in enterprise computer vision and AI infrastructure markets as adoption of AI-powered operational systems increases across logistics and transportation environments.

Europe Becomes a Larger Fleet AI Market

The acquisition gives Netradyne an operational foothold inside Europe rather than managing the region remotely through channel partnerships or limited regional offices.

Moove Connected Mobility, headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands, provides connected mobility and fleet performance services for organizations across Europe. Its platform combines vehicle data, telematics, analytics, and fleet management systems into a unified operational layer.

Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove Connected Mobility, will become SVP and GM, Europe at Netradyne following the acquisition. According to the company, he will oversee Netradyne’s European go-to-market operations, regional partnerships, and customer success initiatives.

The deal comes as European fleet operators face increasing pressure around safety compliance, fuel efficiency, emissions tracking, and insurance risk management. AI-based telematics and video intelligence systems are becoming more common across commercial transportation networks as operators seek more visibility into fleet operations.

A Copenhagen Economics study published in late 2025 found that roughly 90% of newly sold vehicles in Europe already include connectivity features, although connected vehicles still account for less than 30% of the total vehicle base.

Transportation and logistics companies are also increasing investments in AI-driven operational systems across warehouses, freight networks, and fleet infrastructure.

Fleet Intelligence Consolidation Continues

The acquisition also reflects broader consolidation inside the fleet intelligence and connected mobility sector.

Fleet operators are increasingly adopting unified software platforms that combine telematics, driver monitoring, routing analytics, predictive maintenance, and operational reporting into a single environment. Video telematics systems have also become more widely adopted among insurance providers and enterprise fleet operators because of rising accident costs and regulatory reporting requirements.

Research firm MarketsandMarkets projected continued growth in the global fleet management systems market as transportation companies adopt AI-enabled fleet optimization tools and connected vehicle infrastructure.

Netradyne said the combined organization would support enterprise customers across North America, Europe, and Asia using a unified AI-powered fleet platform. The company added that the acquisition was part of its broader effort to build regional operational depth while maintaining local customer and regulatory engagement.
