On June 24, 2026, TrueFoundry announced the acquisition of Seldon AI, a machine learning operations (MLOps) company, to expand its agentic artificial intelligence offerings for enterprise customers. The acquisition will bring together Seldon's machine learning deployment and monitoring capabilities with TrueFoundry's AI Gateway platform.
Nikunj Bajaj, Co-Founder and CEO of TrueFoundry said, “Seldon built the production-grade MLOps foundation that the world’s most demanding enterprises rely on. TrueFoundry brings the control plane for the Agentic AI world, and together we give enterprise teams one place to deploy, observe, and govern Agentic AI at every stage.”
According to the company, the combined platform is designed to help enterprises manage traditional machine learning models, large language models, and AI agents through a unified infrastructure stack. TrueFoundry said both platforms are built on Kubernetes, allowing customers to extend existing deployments without changing their underlying infrastructure.
