Lincoln Financial Names Ravi Ravipati SVP of AI Product and Delivery

Lincoln Financial has announced the appointment of Ravi Ravipati as Senior Vice President of AI Product and Delivery. In the role, Ravipati will lead enterprise AI product strategy and delivery, overseeing AI solutions from concept to scaled deployment with a focus on measurable business impact and operational transformation.
Ravipati joins with nearly two decades of experience leading AI and data organizations in financial services. He was most recently Vice President of AI and ML at Allstate, where he led AI transformation initiatives across customer journeys and built operating models and innovation ecosystems for the company's AI strategy.
At Allstate, his work included AI product development, high-performance computing, and applied algorithm research focused on insurance use cases.
Prior to Allstate, Ravipati held leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2007 to 2017, including Vice President of Data, Discovery, and Decision Sciences. In that role, he led teams focused on research, advanced analytics, and AI applications supporting sales and marketing functions.
Earlier in his career, he worked on product development and business initiatives at Jackson and held consulting roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Ravipati holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
The appointment follows recent additions to Lincoln Financial’s AI and data leadership team. In January 2026, the company appointed Nilanjan Adhya as Executive Vice President and Chief AI, Data and Analytics Officer. In March 2026, it named Gotham Majumdar as Senior Vice President of Data and AI Engineering.
