Olivia Ramos is the Founder and CEO of Deepblocks, a Miami-based AI company building agentic systems that transform regulatory change into enterprise-scale real estate investment intelligence. Founded in June 2016, Deepblocks digitises municipal zoning codes, public policy signals, and parcel-level rules into structured, machine-readable pipelines that power automated site selection, feasibility analysis, and portfolio construction. Over the past seven years, the team has digitised zoning data for more than 300 US cities and applied each jurisdiction's rules to every parcel — calculating buildable area and unit allowances at scale, and surfacing zoning changes as a leading indicator of property-value movement months or years before construction signals appear. Olivia holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami, an unusually fitted academic stack for the problem she is solving. She is an alumna of DARPA's Innovation House and Singularity University's Global Solutions Program and Accelerator, and previously founded Panhaptic Inc., a 3D data navigation platform. Her work has earned her one of the more engaged founder followings on LinkedIn in the proptech AI space, with 31,684 followers actively reading her parcel-by-parcel zoning analyses.Olivia earns her place on the AIM Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026 for building one of the most distinctive applied AI companies in the country — one that turns the unstructured, jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction language of municipal zoning into agentic decision intelligence for institutional real estate capital. As agentic AI moves into vertical, high-stakes, regulation-heavy domains in 2026 and 2027, Deepblocks is one of the cleanest case studies of what vertical agentic AI actually looks like in production — narrowly defined, domain-fluent, and operating on data the rest of the AI industry has barely touched.
