Chetan Alsisaria

Chetan Alsisaria is the Co-founder and CEO of Polestar Analytics, a global data and AI advisory and solutions firm founded in 2012. Over 13 years, he has built Polestar into a recognised player in business intelligence, enterprise performance management, and AI-driven analytics — serving Fortune 500 companies, large Indian enterprises, new-age companies, and government and PSU clients across multiple geographies. The firm has been featured in the AIM Research Top Data Engineering Service Providers PeMa Quadrant 2026 alongside leading services firms, and Chetan is a key member of Qlik's Partner Advisory Council for APAC. Beyond Polestar, he founded the CAIO Circle in December 2024 — an exclusive Dallas-anchored community where Chief AI Officers exchange ideas on ethical AI applications — and co-founded Xumane Equity, an ESOP and cap-table management platform. Before founding Polestar, he spent his early career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, and EY in consulting roles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Jadavpur University.
