Jaswinder (Jassi) Chadha

Jaswinder "Jassi" Chadha is the Founder, President and CEO of Axtria — Ingenious Insights, a New Jersey–headquartered cloud software and data analytics company purpose-built for the global life sciences industry. Founded in November 2009, Axtria has grown to 3,000+ employees serving 75 countries, with 20 of the top 30 global life sciences companies running their commercial operations on Axtria's platforms. The last twelve months mark a clear inflection: a $240 million strategic investment and employee share buyback led by Kedaara Capital in 2025 — one of the largest employee-centric liquidity events in the industry — and the 2026 acquisition of Conexus Solutions, deepening Axtria's Veeva, Salesforce, and CRM execution capabilities and closing the gap between AI insights and field-level commercial action. Frost & Sullivan named Axtria a leader in its inaugural Pharmaceutical Commercialization Solutions and Services Industry Radar Report. Jassi is a distinguished alumnus of IIT Delhi, completed his MS and Ph.D. (ABD) in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research at Texas A&M University, served on the Second District Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and has been recognised as a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and a PMSA Lifetime Achievement awardee.
Jassi earns his place on the AIM Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026 for building one of the few global, scaled, life-sciences-native AI software companies in the world — and for executing the most consequential strategic moves of any pharma-AI CEO over the last twelve months. As global pharma moves from AI experimentation to agentic AI in production, Axtria sits at the architectural centre of how the world's top life sciences enterprises will commercialise, distribute, and deliver therapies through the next decade.
