Kamlesh Korat

Kamlesh Korat is the Founding Partner of Logic Pursuits, a Chicago-based data and AI services firm helping enterprises modernise their data platforms and convert that infrastructure into measurable revenue, operational, and compliance outcomes. Founded in February 2020, Logic Pursuits has built its practice around deep vertical specialisation in travel and hospitality, financial services, healthcare, retail, and media — engaging across modern data platform architecture (Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir), revenue and pricing foundations, marketing personalisation, and compliance automation. The firm has been ranked #208 on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list, recognised as a Great Place to Work India, and Kamlesh himself was named to the DataIQ 100 North America Enablers list for 2025 — one of the most credible third-party recognitions in the US data and AI community. Recent client engagements include multi-year modernisation efforts with a leading global cruise operator, a top-tier asset and wealth management firm, and major media and consumer brands. Before founding Logic Pursuits, Kamlesh was Director at BMO Financial Group for three years and Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche for nearly twelve years. He holds an MBA in IT and Finance from ICFAI Business School and completed the Emerging C-Suite Leaders Program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2025.

Kamlesh earns his place on the AIM Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026 for building one of the fast-growing independent data and AI services firms operating from the US over the last five years — and for the discipline of tying data platform modernisation directly to commercial outcomes (revenue throughput, integration cost reduction, compliance cycle compression) rather than infrastructure-for-its-own-sake delivery. As enterprises in 2026 sharpen their measurement of AI investments against actual business performance, Logic Pursuits' outcomes-led positioning gives Kamlesh a credible operator voice in the conversation about what enterprise data and AI execution should actually look like.
