Egnyte Copilot is intended to simplify content management by uncovering insights, summarising documents, producing new material, and transcribing multimedia—all inside Egnyte's strong content governance framework. With this version, Egnyte customers may now designate specific file groups as "Knowledge Bases" for targeted AI replies, and each base can be configured with domain-specific prompt libraries to guide the AI's responses.
