Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC) and DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG; “DigitalBridge”), a global investment firm, have joined forces to introduce Articul8 AI, Inc. (Articul8). This newly established entity aims to offer enterprise customers a complete, vertically-optimized, and secure generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) software platform. The platform ensures the safeguarding of customer data, training, and inference within the enterprise security perimeter. Additionally, it provides flexibility through the choice of cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment options.

Strategic Collaboration for Advancing GenAI Adoption

Articul8, born from intellectual property (IP) and technology originating at Intel, stands as an independent company. Both Intel and DigitalBridge will maintain strategic alignment on go-to-market opportunities and collaborate to propel GenAI adoption in the enterprise. Arun Subramaniyan, previously vice president and general manager in Intel’s Data Center and AI Group, now leads Articul8 as its CEO.

Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger remarked, “With its deep AI and HPC domain knowledge and enterprise-grade GenAI deployments, Articul8 is well positioned to deliver tangible business outcomes for Intel and our broader ecosystem of customers and partners. As Intel accelerates AI everywhere, we look forward to our continued collaboration with Articul8."

    Investment Support and Vision

DigitalBridge Ventures, the venture initiative of DigitalBridge, led the investment in Articul8. Intel, along with a consortium of esteemed venture investors, including Fin Capital, Mindset Ventures, Communitas Capital, GiantLeap Capital, GS Futures, and Zain Group, has also acquired an equity stake in the company.
