OpenVault Enhances PNM and PMA Capabilities for Broadband Networks with Generative AI

OpenVault, being the only supplier of PNM and PMA solutions, is incorporating a wide variety of AI features to enhance its current machine learning algorithms.

To improve its Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) and Profile Management Application (PMA) offerings, OpenVault is utilising Generative AI. This project represents a major step forward in the optimisation of wired and wireless networks, with the potential to improve customer service quality while streamlining operations for internet providers.

OpenVault, being the only supplier of PNM and PMA solutions, is incorporating a wide variety of AI features to enhance its current machine learning algorithms. The ultimate goal of this strategic integration is to maximise network convergence while streamlining communications with field staff and customer support representatives and speeding up troubleshooting procedures.

This comes months after their collaboration with companies like Westman Communications Group, Nokia and Long lines. OpenVault's dedication to data security is essential to this progress. OpenVault is developing its AI models on Open Source AI infrastructure that is especially suited to the requirements of broadband sector clients, as opposed to depending on outside AI platforms. A plethora of recent and historical data, including OpenVault's extensive database of subscriber behaviour and network health information specifically adapted to DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G, and other operator requirements, will be used to train these models.
