United Parcel Service (UPS) raised its full-year 2026 guidance after reporting stronger second-quarter results, marking what CEO Carol Tomé described as the completion of the company's 18-month effort to reduce lower-margin Amazon business and reposition its network for higher-value growth.
The logistics company reported second-quarter revenue of $22.8 billion, while non-GAAP adjusted operating profit rose to $2.1 billion and adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $1.76. UPS also raised its full-year revenue outlook to approximately $91.2 billion, increased its adjusted operating profit target to $8.65 billion, and lifted adjusted EPS guidance to approximately $7.22.
Tomé said the company completed its planned reduction in Amazon shipments while maintaining service quality.
