How does CentralSquare One improve public safety data?

The intelligence platform puts real-time intelligence in the hands of every responder, on every call, from the first call to the final report, the company said.
On July 1, 2026, CentralSquare announced the launch of CentralSquare One, a unified intelligence platform designed to connect critical information across every stage of a public safety incident.
The public sector software provider said the platform serves as an intelligence layer built into its Public Safety suites, helping first responders and public safety professionals access relevant information when it is needed most.
"Public safety professionals shouldn't have to search for information while responding to an emergency," said Denise Hemke, Chief Product Officer at CentralSquare. "CentralSquare One unifies data, workflows, and AI-powered intelligence across the incident lifecycle, keeping officers safer in the field and giving communities the responsive, reliable service they deserve."
The company said dispatchers, officers and investigators often switch between applications and manually piece together information while responding to evolving situations, creating information gaps that reduce situational awareness.
What the Platform Does
CentralSquare said the platform brings together Next Generation 911 (NG911), Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), mobile applications, Centerline AI and FirstTwo into a single experience, spanning an incident from the initial 911 call through response, investigation and final reporting.
CentralSquare One surfaces address history, warrants, risk factors and prior incidents directly within existing workflows, giving dispatchers, officers and investigators intelligence at the moment they need it.
According to the company, more than 8,000 agencies rely on CentralSquare to manage operations ranging from dispatch and records to permitting and payroll.
CentralSquare said the platform is available now as a cloud-based enhancement to its existing Public Safety suites.
The launch follows a pattern CentralSquare signaled earlier in the year. In a January 2026 article, the company said its 2025 acquisition of FirstTwo, combined with its Public Safety Suite, Centerline AI and Unify products, marked a step toward a unified data intelligence platform for public safety.
CentralSquare had also acquired the AI startup Blueline AI in January 2025 to build tools for police report writing and transcription, a deal the company's chief executive, Manolis Kotzabasakis, described at the time as the first step toward a unified AI platform across its offerings.
