Rajaraman Srinivasan

Rajaraman Srinivasan is the Founder and CEO of Neoware Technology Solutions, a New Jersey–headquartered data and AI services firm he founded in April 2020. Neoware operates at the intersection of modern data engineering and applied AI, helping enterprises transition from legacy analytics stacks to lakehouse-based, AI-ready data platforms — and to operationalise GenAI and agentic AI on top of them. The firm has been recognised by AIM Research in two 2026 PeMa Quadrants — featured among the Top Data Engineering Service Providers 2026 and named a Seasoned Vendor among Top Generative AI Service Providers 2026 — and has been a sustained presence at the CDO Vision US series. Before founding Neoware, Rajaraman spent nearly two decades at Cognizant, rising to CTO for Analytics for the firm's BigDecisions practice in New York, after earlier roles in Enterprise Information Architecture and DW&BI delivery for US pharma and banking clients. He holds an MCA in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.

Rajaraman earns his place on the AIM Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026 for building one of the credible new-generation data and AI services firms emerging out of the post-2020 wave, and for operating in the unglamorous but high-leverage layer that determines whether enterprise AI initiatives actually produce measurable business outcomes. As US enterprises move past GenAI proofs-of-concept into production deployments through 2026 and 2027, the data engineering and AI-readiness layer Neoware specialises in is where the next phase of competitive advantage is being decided.
