Rishabh Sahu is the Founder and CEO of Noah AI, an emotionally intelligent AI companion built for mental and emotional health — designed to feel like a presence that truly listens, grounded in clinical psychology and powered by frontier language models. Founded in October 2025 and operating between Boston and Bangalore, Noah has already been recognised in independent multi-model evaluations as one of the safest conversational AI systems in mental health, holding consistent protective boundaries under real conversational pressure where many competing systems fail. Before Noah, Rishabh co-founded Urban Health in 2018, which reached over 1 million users across 100+ countries with evidence-based mental health tools and raised $3.4M led by 3one4 Capital with participation from Venture Highway, RB Investments, Founder Bank Capital, and Disney's Ajay Arora. He is also Co-Founder of RISA Labs, an AI-driven healthcare platform automating eligibility, benefits verification, and prior authorisation for payers and providers.

Rishabh holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he served as Head of Operations at the Entrepreneurship Cell, won the Samsung Innovation Award 2017, and was runner-up at Microsoft Code Fun Do. He earns his place on the AIM Next 15 AI CEOs in America 2026 for building one of the most clinically rigorous and ethically anchored emotional AI products in a category that is growing faster than its safety practices — and for tackling a problem (universal, stigma-free, always-on mental health support) where AI has the potential to reach more people than the entire global behavioural health workforce combined.
