Personalized Agents are the future of B2B SaaS Outbound

The path to developing an innovative platform for go-to-market (GTM) strategies

The path to developing an innovative platform for go-to-market (GTM) strategies started with personal frustration for OpenFunnel co-founders Fenil Suchak and Aditya Lahiri. They came across inefficiencies in conventional sales techniques while developing and overseeing GTM plans for their product. While outreach strategies like mass emails and generic LinkedIn messages have grown noisy, impersonal, and generally useless, sales teams were hampered by platforms with strict protocols and steep learning curves. This challenge was an opportunity for them.

Addressing inefficiencies in the B2B SaaS ecosystem

The foundation of the B2B SaaS ecosystem consists of solutions that empower businesses to scale and grow efficiently. However, there are many obstacles in the way of bringing such technologies to market. Prospects are frequently skeptical of sales techniques, requiring solutions that can promptly and efficiently address their needs. Before trust and acceptance are established, businesses need to demonstrate value and credibility. Fenil and Aditya were driven to create a solution by this paradox: achieving enterprise traction requires effective prospecting and personalized outreach, yet doing so efficiently has always been a challenge.

OpenFunnel was created to directly tackle these issues. The platform provides businesses with a suite of AI-powered GTM agents. Its core is hyper-personalization, which moves the emphasis from generic outreach and static databases to intelligent, real-time prospecting. By doing this, OpenFunnel helps companies precisely and relevantly discover and interact with high-potential leads.

Fenil highlights the inefficiencies he’s observed: “There is significant inefficiency in how companies target growing markets and scale outreach. Human-assisted AI agents, with deep product and customer knowledge, reduce reliance on extensive sales teams while optimizing outreach efforts.”
