How Does Liquid-Cooled Server Simplify AI Deployment?

The solution combines server hardware, direct-to-chip cooling technology, rack-level infrastructure, and end-to-end lifecycle services under a unified warranty, the company said.
JetCool, a Flex company, specializing in advanced cooling for AI and high-density computing, announced the launch of a fully integrated, liquid-cooled version of the Dell PowerEdge XE7745 server on June 25, 2026.
The solution combines server hardware, direct-to-chip cooling technology, rack-level infrastructure, and end-to-end lifecycle services under a unified warranty, the company said.
"By delivering the Dell PowerEdge XE7745 as a fully integrated, liquid-cooled system backed by end-to-end services, we're taking the risk out of high-density deployments. We're giving operators a reliable path to get peak performance out of their hardware while keeping their existing facility running predictably," said Bernie Malouin, Founder of JetCool and Vice President at Flex.
By consolidating hardware, cooling, and services through a single provider, JetCool said that it aims to give organizations a streamlined path to scaling compute-intensive workloads.
The Turnkey Solution
The company said the liquid-cooled XE7745 supports dual 5th Gen AMD EPYC processors and up to eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs. It also said its SmartPlate direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology removes heat directly from the silicon and is capable of managing sustained loads of up to 8 kilowatts (kW) per server.
The liquid-cooled configuration reduced central processing unit (CPU) temperatures by up to 7% and graphics processing unit (GPU) temperatures by up to 11% compared with air-cooled systems, according to JetCool. It also reduced total server power consumption by up to 30% by lowering fan speeds by as much as 70% and fan power usage by up to 50%.
The company said the platform also cuts acoustic output by up to 23 decibels, representing an approximately 80% reduction in perceived server noise per server. JetCool added that Flex's global manufacturing footprint and supply chain capabilities provide the consistency enterprises need to deploy and scale the platform across multiple data centers and regions.
The liquid-cooled Dell PowerEdge XE7745 is available directly from JetCool. The company said it intends the offering to serve as a foundation for enterprises seeking to adopt high-density AI infrastructure with greater speed, operational predictability, and a single point of accountability.
