Transit Technologies just announced the appointment of Srithal Bellary as Chief Technology, Data & AI Officer. Bellary brings 20+ years of experience from regulated sectors.
Most recently CTO at Public Partnerships, he previously scaled CVS Health's pharmacy benefits platforms processing billions of claims with 100% availability through Azure modernization.
At ADP, his Health Compliance ACA solution generated multi-million revenue in two years, leading to Carewise Health’s acquisition.
Bellary's appointment follows COO Cristina Wheless, strengthening leadership for rapid scaling. He leads technology, data, and AI strategy, converging TripShot, TripMaster, Passio, Ecolane, MJM, ByteCurve, and busHive into intelligent Transit Operating Suite.

Bellary unifies architecture for safer, efficient transit while embedding predictive analytics and self-learning AI.
His mandate creates connected ecosystems adapting real-time for operators and riders. "Transportation is pivotal. By converging systems and embedding intelligence, we transform operations," Bellary said.
Transit invests heavily in automation to meet urban mobility demands. Bellary's healthcare/payroll background will help equip him for transit's compliance challenges.
