The platform provides an enterprise-wide view of water performance by combining site-level data with predictive analytics. It enables companies to benchmark water use, prioritize actions, and align operational decisions with business outcomes, the company said.
The launch comes as demand for water continues to rise alongside industrial expansion and AI infrastructure growth. Reliable access to water underpins roughly 60% of global GDP, while a 56% freshwater shortfall is projected by 2030, according to Ecolab.
AI Infrastructure Is Increasing Water Demand
Ecolab linked the growing importance of water management to the expansion of AI systems, which require water across multiple stages, including mining, semiconductor manufacturing, and data center cooling.
“The need for high-quality water is growing extremely fast as AI expands, with water required at every stage of the process,” Christophe Beck, Chairman and CEO, Ecolab, said in the release.
