CBRE Names Anuj Kadyan Chief Technology and Transformation Officer

Commercial real estate company CBRE Group has announced that Anuj Kadyan will join the company as Chief Technology and Transformation Officer on May 15.
In the new role, Kadyan will oversee technology strategy and large-scale transformation initiatives across CBRE's global operations.
Kadyan currently serves as a senior partner at McKinsey & Co, where he co-leads the Technology Services practice.
According to the announcement, he spent 17 years there advising leading AI, cloud, and technology companies on core strategies, M&A, and commercial operations. He also led technology and AI transformations for major companies across multiple industries.

"This combination will be especially powerful in helping us to further differentiate our products and to operate our business more efficiently."
Kadyan joined McKinsey in 2009 and has worked across its New Jersey, Atlanta, London, and Delhi offices, serving clients across continents. He previously led the Telecom, Media and Tech Practice in India and served as managing partner for the Gurugram office.
Kadyan holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
