How Will TrueFoundry Enhance AI Adoption?

The deal gives Seldon customers access to TrueFoundry's AI Gateway platform and a unified control plane for managing agentic AI applications.
On June 24, 2026, TrueFoundry announced the acquisition of Seldon AI, a machine learning operations (MLOps) company, to expand its agentic artificial intelligence offerings for enterprise customers. The acquisition will bring together Seldon's machine learning deployment and monitoring capabilities with TrueFoundry's AI Gateway platform.
Nikunj Bajaj, Co-Founder and CEO of TrueFoundry said, “Seldon built the production-grade MLOps foundation that the world’s most demanding enterprises rely on. TrueFoundry brings the control plane for the Agentic AI world, and together we give enterprise teams one place to deploy, observe, and govern Agentic AI at every stage.”
According to the company, the combined platform is designed to help enterprises manage traditional machine learning models, large language models, and AI agents through a unified infrastructure stack. TrueFoundry said both platforms are built on Kubernetes, allowing customers to extend existing deployments without changing their underlying infrastructure.
Combined Platform Strategy
The company said that the acquisition gives existing Seldon customers a low-disruption path to agentic AI capabilities, including the ability to combine predictive machine learning models, large language models, and autonomous agents on their existing Kubernetes infrastructure. Seldon's customer base includes enterprises in financial services, healthcare, and retail.
The acquisition follows the launch of Agent Gateway, a platform designed to help enterprises deploy and manage AI agents. The platform provides centralized management, governance, and observability for models, agents, and tool endpoints. The company said Agent Gateway has helped enterprises reduce AI deployment timelines by more than 50%.
According to the company, Seldon Core provides capabilities including model serving, observability, A/B testing, and canary deployments for production machine learning workloads.
"TrueFoundry and Seldon have been building toward the same goal of getting enterprise AI into production reliably and at scale," said Mark Stripp, Vice President of Go-to-Market at Seldon AI. "This acquisition gives our customers a leapfrog opportunity — a single platform that handles everything from real-time ML inference to the ability to now accelerate our clients' agentic AI needs, all based on the same Kubernetes infrastructure they've spent years building on."
TrueFoundry said the addition of Seldon's technology will strengthen its ability to support organizations that are expanding from machine learning workloads into agentic AI applications while maintaining governance and operational controls across both environments.
