WPP Expands WPP Enterprise Solutions to Accelerate AI-Driven Business Transformation

The expansion strengthens WPP Enterprise Solutions as a strategic partner for organizations pursuing large-scale digital transformation.

On July 1, 2026, WPP announced plans to expand WPP Enterprise Solutions, its global business unit focused on AI driven transformation, introducing five proprietary service offerings designed to help enterprises modernize customer engagement, operations and growth strategies in an AI-powered economy.

The expanded business supports global brands including IKEA, Ford, L'Oréal and Nestlé through partnerships with Adobe, AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and Shopify.

Jeff Geheb, Global CEO of WPP Enterprise Solutions, said that WPP Enterprise Solutions exists to help companies eliminate the friction blocking their growth, noting that most businesses don't actually lack growth potential, but are held back by internal system constraints.

"Customer experience, content, commerce, data and technology too often evolve independently of one another. We help clients bring those elements together into growth systems they can continuously optimize, operate and scale," he added.

Enterprise AI Services Roll Out

The business combines capabilities across commerce, consulting, content transformation, customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty and first-party data, customer and product experience, and engineering and platforms to help enterprises design, build and operate the growth systems that competitive businesses rely on.

The company said the initial portfolio includes five offerings, including AI Transformation Consulting, Agentic Commerce, Owned Intelligence, Adaptive and Real-time Relationships, and Intelligent Content.

According to WPP, AI Transformation Consulting is delivered through strategic advisory, architecture and agentic systems intended to help clients realize value from AI. Owned Intelligence is designed to convert client-owned data into AI-ready competitive assets, while Adaptive, Real-time Relationships is aimed at anticipating and personalizing customer interactions to deepen loyalty.

Agentic Commerce is intended to convert brand equity and product information into machine-readable signals that shape how AI agents discover, evaluate and recommend brands, the company said. Intelligent Content is described as a closed-loop system that plans, produces and activates content using intelligent automation.

WPP added that the offerings are supported through partnerships with Adobe, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Braze, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Shopify and other AI technology providers.

According to the company, WPP Enterprise Solutions already works with global brands including IKEA, Ford, L'Oréal and Nestlé on marketing modernization and business transformation initiatives. WPP said the new AI-focused propositions will continue to expand as WPP Enterprise Solutions evolves its service offer to meet the needs of clients.

WPP Enterprise Solutions was introduced earlier this year as one of WPP's four strategic operating units under its Elevate28 strategy. According to WPP, the strategy is intended to simplify its business by delivering fully integrated, AI-enabled solutions across the company.
