DeepIntent launches Helix AI, an agentic AI platform designed to help healthcare marketers analyze audiences, activate campaigns, and measure performance using natural language.

DeepIntent, a healthcare demand-side platform (DSP), launched Helix AI, introducing what it describes as the first agentic AI platform purpose-built for healthcare marketers.

The new platform enables marketers to analyze healthcare and advertising datasets through natural-language queries, helping them identify audiences, assess market opportunities, activate campaigns, and evaluate performance across DeepIntent's DSP and external channels, including social media platforms.

Chris Paquette, Founder and CEO of DeepIntent, said the platform is designed to reduce the time required to generate insights and act on them.

"Helix AI shrinks both the time-to-insight and time-to-action from weeks to minutes, representing a major advance in how healthcare marketers can use AI and data to optimize the commercial success of their therapeutic products," Paquette said.

Built Around Healthcare Data and Audience Activation

According to DeepIntent, Helix AI allows marketers to analyze healthcare provider (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) audiences within a single interface. Users can explore prescribing behavior, market dynamics, audience composition, and geographic opportunities through conversational prompts rather than traditional workflows.

The platform also supports audience creation and activation across programmatic and non-programmatic channels. Marketers can use natural-language commands to build audience segments, forecast reach, optimize campaigns, and evaluate healthcare-specific performance metrics.

The launch comes as life sciences companies increasingly adopt AI-driven commercial tools to support marketing, analytics, and engagement strategies. Similar efforts are emerging across the sector, including recent initiatives to expand AI-powered commercial operations and workflow automation in biopharma environments.

DeepIntent said agencies participating in beta testing reported a 50% improvement in planning cycle times while using the platform.

Helix AI builds on DeepIntent Helix, a healthcare marketing cloud the company launched in March 2026. DeepIntent said the platform provides access to insights spanning nearly 4 million healthcare providers and more than 250 million patient lives.

The company said Helix was designed to support healthcare marketing workflows that require compliance with regulations governing health data. DeepIntent positions the underlying data infrastructure as a key component of the new AI offering, arguing that the effectiveness of AI systems depends on the quality and accessibility of the data they use.

The emphasis on healthcare-specific data reflects a broader trend across the industry, where organizations are developing AI systems tailored to healthcare use cases rather than relying solely on general-purpose models.

DeepIntent said Helix AI is now available to clients. The company also plans to allow agencies to customize the platform using proprietary analytics, data assets, and media solutions.
