What Are AI Data Center Solutions for 2026?

Foxconn and Schneider Electric announced a partnership to develop AI data center infrastructure, with production expected to begin in the second half of 2026.
On 15 June 2026, Foxconn, the electronics manufacturer giant and Schneider Electric, the global energy technology company announced a strategic collaboration focused on upscaling the next generation of AI data centers with productions starting in the 2nd half of the year.
The companies said the partnership combines Foxconn's expertise in AI rack integration and manufacturing with Schneider Electric's capabilities in power systems, cooling, and energy management. They said the collaboration will focus on developing pre-built AI infrastructure solutions for data center deployments.
“At the pace AI is evolving, the industry requires a new model for how infrastructure is designed, built, and delivered,” said Young Liu, Chairman of Foxconn. He also said that by combining the strength and expertise of the two, a path for customers to deploy faster, smarter and sustainable AI capacity at scale is being created.
Olivier Blum, CEO of Schneider Electric, said “AI demand continues to accelerate, and as compute scales to keep pace, the energy behind it becomes a fundamental enabler.”
He also added that for an attempt to responsibly scale AI, the systems of the two companies should be connected, essentializing energy intelligence. Schneider Electric is advancing energy tech to build efficient, sustainable AI factories by integrating power, cooling, and digital capabilities into data centers.
“Working with Foxconn, we are helping customers build capacity with real speed, resilience, and efficiency, as energy technology partners to an industry that is firmly entering the era of intelligence," he said.
The companies said they are co-developing standardized designs for AI data centers. According to the announcement, the partnership will combine Foxconn's manufacturing capabilities with Schneider Electric's power, cooling, and energy management technologies to develop pre-engineered infrastructure systems.
The announcement follows other AI infrastructure partnerships by Foxconn. On the 4th of this month, it partnered with SK Group as well as Intel, for the development and deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure.
