Frost & Sullivan Is Becoming an AI-Native Organization

"Fusemachines' AI platform accelerates our strategy of becoming an AI-native organization."

Frost & Sullivan announced on July 27, 2026 that it has selected Fusemachines as its strategic partner for building next-generation agentic AI solutions, a partnership the firm described not as a technology integration but as a strategic evolution toward becoming an AI-native organization.

The agentic AI systems Fusemachines will build are designed to continuously monitor global transformation trends, identify growth opportunities, recommend which to prioritize, and accelerate their implementation, according to the press release.

The companies said the AI agents are intended to help enterprise customers respond more quickly to competitive and market changes. Frost & Sullivan said the platform will be deployed across its global customer base rather than targeting a single industry or region.

"Fusemachines' AI platform accelerates our strategy of becoming an AI-native organization," said David Frigstad, Chairman and CEO of Frost & Sullivan.

Frost & Sullivan said many enterprise AI transformation initiatives have struggled to deliver measurable business outcomes despite growing investment in the technology. The company said the partnership is intended to help customers convert transformation strategies into operational results.

That framing places the partnership inside a well-documented pattern. Research from Forrester and IDC cited consistently this year has found that roughly 88% of enterprise AI agent pilots never reach production.

The failure mode is almost never the model, it is the distance between a working demonstration and a system that runs reliably inside a real business with real governance requirements. Fusemachines describes its enterprise AI deployment capability as the specific competency it brings to the collaboration.

"Together, we will leverage our AI and Agentic AI platforms to develop AI Agents for Growth that help enterprises drive transformation and deliver measurable business value to thousands of Frost & Sullivan customers worldwide," said Sameer Maskey, Founder and CEO of Fusemachines.

Frost & Sullivan has operated as a research and consulting firm for more than 60 years, serving investors, corporate leaders, and governments globally.

Its selection of an external partner to build its AI agent infrastructure reflects the same managed services model that ReSource Pro, Hexaware, and Genpact have adopted in financial services and insurance this year: pairing domain expertise with specialized AI engineering capability rather than treating them as interchangeable.
