Datavault AI and Wellgistics Plan $4 Billion DelivMeds AI Healthcare Platform

Datavault AI and Wellgistics Plan $4 Billion DelivMeds AI Healthcare Platform

Datavault AI and Wellgistics Health plan to combine pharmacy AI, blockchain infrastructure, drone logistics, and GLP-1 health products under DelivMeds AI.

Datavault AI and Wellgistics Health signed a binding term sheet to form DelivMeds AI, a proposed healthcare platform that combines pharmacy infrastructure, AI-driven patient engagement, blockchain-enabled prescription management, biometric verification, and drone delivery technology.

The companies said the combined assets tied to the deal carry an expected value of about $4 billion, subject to an independent fairness opinion. The structure includes three connected transactions: expansion of Datavault AI’s PharmacyChain™ license, acquisition of QOLPOM biometric and drone logistics intellectual property, and acquisition of a controlling stake in Tollo Health.

The proposed platform would connect DelivMeds AI to Wellgistics Health’s pharmacy network of more than 6,500 pharmacies and 200 manufacturers. Wellgistics said its EinsteinRx™ AI platform would handle eligibility verification, onboarding, prior authorization, adherence support, and cash-pay fulfillment workflows.

The announcement expands a relationship between the two companies that began around PharmacyChain™, a blockchain-enabled prescription tracking and smart contract infrastructure platform introduced in 2025.

Healthcare companies have increasingly been trying to consolidate pharmacy operations, logistics coordination, and patient engagement into unified AI-driven systems. Similar operational integration efforts have appeared across healthcare delivery and pharmacy management workflows, including medication automation deployments across hospital systems.

QOLPOM and Drone Delivery Expansion

The proposed acquisition of QOLPOM intellectual property from EOS Technology Holdings and Scilex Holding Company adds biometric verification and AI-enabled drone logistics capabilities to DelivMeds AI.

According to the companies, the technology includes wearables-based biometric confirmation of drug response, identity verification for prescription delivery, and AI-enabled drone transport for medical supplies, diagnostic sample collection kits, and pharmaceutical delivery.

Datavault AI CEO Nathaniel T. Bradley said the platform combines “blockchain-enabled pharmacy delivery, AI-driven logistics, and biometric verification” into a direct-to-consumer healthcare infrastructure system.

The companies said the technology is intended to improve pharmaceutical delivery and diagnostic access in rural and underserved areas.

Healthcare organizations have also been expanding AI use across supply chain visibility and operational coordination systems as delivery infrastructure becomes more tied to digital workflows and reimbursement systems.

GLP-1 Products and Consumer Health Rollout

The Tollo Health acquisition would add medical foods, dietary supplements, telemedicine services, and AI-enabled behavioral health coaching focused on GLP-1 therapy-related muscle loss, Long COVID, and acute viral infections.

The companies said DelivMeds AI plans to launch a “Health Lives Here” consumer rollout through the Wellgistics pharmacy network, beginning with a pilot program in North Carolina in July 2026 ahead of a broader launch tied to NFL Alumni Health activities during the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game in August.

The rollout comes as GLP-1 therapies continue reshaping pharmaceutical investment and healthcare infrastructure planning. Demand tied to obesity treatments has already driven manufacturing expansion and new healthcare investment activity across the sector.

Gerald Commissiong was also appointed Interim Co-CEO of Wellgistics Health as part of the transaction announcement.

The deal remains subject to due diligence, financing, definitive agreements, board approvals, and customary closing conditions.
