Magaya Highlights AI Compliance Agent, Connectivity Expansions in Q2 2026 Update

Magaya highlighted its AI compliance agent, new logistics integrations, and industry research as part of its second-quarter 2026 business update.
Magaya Corporation highlighted new artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, expanded logistics integrations, and customer growth as part of its second-quarter 2026 business update, underscoring its strategy to automate freight forwarding and customs compliance workflows.
The freight management software provider said it added more than 50 new customers across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Ghana, and other countries during the quarter. It also hosted its inaugural Momentum conference, which brought together more than 225 logistics professionals from more than 110 companies, while marking the company's 25th anniversary.
Gary Nemmers, CEO of Magaya, said the company continued investing in AI, partnerships, and industry collaboration to help logistics providers improve efficiency and support business growth.
AI Compliance Focus
Among the quarter's announcements was the introduction of ACEbridge AI Compliance Agent, an AI-powered assistant designed to help customs brokers and freight forwarders access citation-backed regulatory guidance based exclusively on official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sources. According to Magaya, the tool is intended to reduce the time required to research customs regulations while improving confidence in compliance decisions..
The launch reflects a broader trend across the logistics sector as software vendors embed AI into operational workflows rather than limiting its use to analytics. Companies are increasingly deploying AI to support customs compliance, shipment planning, freight execution, and supply chain decision-making. Similar developments include AI-powered logistics platforms that automate supply chain operations
Magaya also released research conducted with Adelante SCM based on a survey of 125 freight forwarders and customs brokers examining how logistics providers are responding to changing customer expectations, market uncertainty, and the growing adoption of AI technologies.
Platform Connectivity Expands
Alongside its AI initiatives, Magaya expanded integrations across its Digital Freight Platform to reduce manual work and improve shipment visibility.
The company partnered with Coneksion to extend ocean carrier connectivity, allowing customers to streamline bookings, shipping instructions, shipment tracking, and carrier communications. It also introduced integrations with PortPro and GLT Logistics to connect drayage and inland transportation workflows while reducing duplicate data entry.
The new integrations align with a broader industry push toward unified logistics platforms that combine AI with operational data across transportation networks, similar to recent efforts to centralize supply chain information through AI-powered platforms.
Looking ahead, Nemmers said the company's focus remains on helping logistics service providers generate measurable business outcomes through AI, automation, and greater connectivity. He said Magaya aims to give customers the tools to adapt to changing market conditions while improving operational efficiency and maintaining competitiveness.
